Hiring an Agent vs. Working With A Direct Buyer
Making The Right Decision For You is Crucial
Part of my job is to ensure you make the best decision for your property. Some benefit from hiring an Agent, and many others benefit from a direct sell. In the end, the choice is yours, but I do want you to have the information you need upfront.
Below is a comparison between hiring an Agent, and working with a Direct Buyer, like myself.

An Offer That Gives You More Than Cash
By looking at the table above, you can see theres a lot of waiting, fees, and paperwork when working with an agent. Again, some benefit from this, because they’re willing to wait for the highest bidder.
However, time is money. If you’re in a downward financial situation, due to your mobile home, then working with an agent may not be the best option for you.
Consider this…
- We can close in days, not weeks which helps prevent your financial situation getting worse
- I’ll handle all the repairs and clean-up (regardless of your properties condition)
- After speaking with me I’ll be ready to make you an offer right away
Still not sure? Give me a call at (909)255-9212 and I’ll help you determine the best option.

What Do You Have To Lose? Get Started Now...
*An inspection contingency lets the buyer have time to do an inspection and back out of the sale or negotiate a new price if there are repairs that need to be done. If you can’t come to an agreement with the buyer, the buyer has the right to back out of the sale. Similarly, a financing contingency gives the buyer the wiggle room to back out of the purchase if they can’t obtain a loan or if the manufactured home doesn’t appraise for the value that the bank needs to close the loan.
Here at Miguel Buys Mobile Homes, we don’t use bank financing so you don’t have to worry about our ability to close on a deal.
